A service to celebrate Dan's life will be held at St Peter's Church, Portishead on Friday 15 June 2018 at 2pm. After the service, everyone is welcome to join the family at The Ship, Portishead (BS20 8JT), for refreshments and the chance to share your memories of Dan.

Dan's family and friends will all have at least one memory of him being there when they needed him. To remember and honour this part of his character, and because we think Dan would love it, please consider doing a random act of kindness.

The family will be providing flowers for the service so there is no need to send any. If you would like to do something, then Emily has chosen two charities. The "Many Tears Animal Rescue" because Dan loved animals (especially dogs) and the good work of this charity was well known to him. She has also chosen the "Bristol Heart Institute" who are currently running a campaign for the purchase of much needed equipment which, while it wouldn't have saved Dan, may well save the life of another young person.

There is no dress code. Please wear whatever you are most comfortable wearing.
